Apply for a card
Full Online – £18.50
All entitlement documentation and photo uploaded as part of the application process.
Partially Online – £20
The application and payment completed online but one or more entitlement documents submitted by post with a printed copy of the completed application form. If you wish, you can also include a cheque or postal order with your application.
Postal – £20
The application is downloaded and completed manually and then sent with the photo and eligibility documents to the DID office for processing. An additional fee will incurred for postal applications. If you wish, you can also include a cheque or postal order with your application.
Renew or Replace
Login using your email as your username and the password that has been supplied to you. If you have forgotten your password, click this forgotten password link.

We have several different application methods below to get your new card; Full Online, Partially Online, Postal and Renew or Replace. All cardholders irrespective of the method of completion of the application form will be assigned a unique ID and a cardholder’s account will be created online. Your username and password will be sent to your email address and you will be able to log on and amend or upload any personal details or documentation.
Buying more than one card?
