You can apply for a Carer’s card at the same time as applying for a DID Card. No need to complete an extra application form. The Carer card is £13.50 when ordered at the same time as a Disabled ID Card.

Eligibility

We pride ourselves on our integrity in the documentation we require. The person being cared for person should provide the same level of documentation as required for a DID Card. For example, PIP or DLA, Reverse side of blue badge, diagnosis letter or letter from a medical clinician.
